ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Michael Hillman State Farm Agency is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Specialist to support new customer setup and service. This role plays a key part in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for new policyholders while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 - 3:00 PM or10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with onboarding new customers and setting up accounts
- Upload, review, and organize customer documents accurately
- Handle inbound calls and provide friendly, professional support
- Follow up with customers to complete onboarding requirements
- Ensure all documentation is complete and properly submitted
- Work closely with team members to support a seamless customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication skills (phone and written)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working with computers and document systems
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred

This is a remote position.
Compensación: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour

- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
